We want to be fair. If something went wrong on our end, we'll make it right. Here's exactly when refunds apply.

How seedhedocs payments work

seedhedocs uses one-time credit purchases. You buy credits, use them to generate assignments or project reports. There are no subscriptions, no recurring charges, no auto-renewals. You only pay when you choose to.

You can get a refund if

Credits weren't delivered

Payment went through but credits didn't appear in your account.

You haven't used any credits

You purchased credits but haven't used a single one yet. Full refund.

Duplicate charge

You were accidentally charged twice for the same purchase.

Service was down

A technical issue on our end prevented you from using your credits for an extended period.

Refunds are not available if

Credits have been used

Once you've used any credits from a purchase (even one), that purchase isn't refundable. The AI generation has already been performed.

Unhappy with output quality

AI output depends on your input. We can't guarantee specific results. Try the free tier first to evaluate quality.

Account was terminated

If your account was suspended for violating our terms.

Request after 15 days

Refund requests must be made within 15 days of the purchase date.

Cancellation

Since there are no subscriptions, there's nothing to cancel. You're never auto-charged. If you want to stop using seedhedocs, just stop. Your account and unused credits stay available if you come back later. You can also request account deletion anytime.
